Architects of Multilingual Success

Meet the visionary leaders dedicated to redefining what's possible in immersion education.

Kane Neubauer
CEO & Founder

Kane Neubauer

Kane Neubauer founded Immersion Education Partners (IEP) with a singular vision: to ensure that every student, regardless of their background, has access to the profound cognitive and cultural benefits of multilingualism. With over a decade of experience in educational leadership and strategic growth, Kane has transformed IEP from a local consultancy into a nationally recognized partner for school districts.

His approach combines rigorous data analysis with a deep understanding of community dynamics. Kane believes that successful immersion programs aren't just built on curriculum, but on the "architecture of opportunity" that links schools to global futures.

"Our goal isn't just to teach a second language; it's to build a bridge to a world where our students are the leaders, thinkers, and innovators."
Executive Director & Consultant

Frank Lammers

At IEP, he leads our professional development initiatives, ensuring that educators are equipped with the tools necessary to foster inclusive, high-achieving multilingual environments.

"Equity is at the heart of everything we do. We don't just help schools start programs; we help them sustain excellence for every learner."
